We create technology-based solutions, that are key building blocks for overall better nutrition in foods, while retaining consumers’ preferences for great taste experiences. 


The first product developed using our proprietary technology is Incredo® Sugar, a unique solution for sugar reduction which is made from real cane or beet sugar.

Consumers ENJOY the sweet taste of sugar, however, sugar reduction is very often linked to a compromise: you either need to give up the indulgent sweet taste by turning to sugar substitutes that leave an aftertaste, or you replace it with un-healthy artificial sweeteners or polyols that are a poor substitute to the real thing and have health concerns associated with them. 


This is why we made it our goal to reduce sugar by using sugar. We’ve developed Incredo, a patented first-of-its-kind sugar-based sugar reduction solution.
