Gil Horsky
Angel investor
Gil is a global chocolate innovation leader in the world’s biggest snacking company, Mondel─ôz International. During his career Gil has leveraged strong business and consumer insights to identify, develop and launch over $500MM of new branded food products around the world, on some of the most iconic global food brands: Milka, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, Toblerone & Cadbury. After completing his MBA at Kellogg, Horsky enjoyed working on a variety of categories and roles from managing a snacks and breakfast portfolio with PepsiCo in North America, to leading globally the innovation of a $1B chocolate category for Mondel─ôz Intl. Horsky is an active leader in the global food-tech ecosystem, and serves as a founding investor and board member in DouxMatok.
Ittai Harel 
Pitango
Ittai is a Managing General Partner at Pitango Venture Capital, Israel’s largest Venture Capital fund with over $2 billion under management and investments in over 250 companies. He brings 15 years of management experience, and over ten years of experience in VC. His investment focus is on venture stage investments in Tech & Healthcare and includes Digital Health, Health-IT and MedTech. Before joining Pitango, Ittai headed up Corporate Development at Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NKTR) and served as Executive Vice President at IDGene Pharmaceuticals. He also served as Vice President of Business Development at IDEXX Laboratories (NASDAQ: IDXX). Ittai currently serves on the Board of Directors of LifeBond, EarlySense, Medisafe, Intensix, and Vertos Medical, and serves as Chairman of the Board at LifeBond and EarlySense. Ittai holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology from Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Noam Gressel 
Angel Investor
Noam’s entrepreneurial and investment career focuses on creating business value with environmental values. He is the CEO and co-founder of ECO-OS, an online operating system for corporate sustainability programs. Noam served as a Venture Partner with Greylock Partners Israel, a prominent venture capital firm, to focus on investments in innovative cleantech companies. Previously (2001), he founded Assif-Strategies, an environmental management and strategy firm. Since then, Noam co-founded, advised and invested with numerous early-stage cleantech, energy and food companies, including: Elysium Carbon, Panoramic Power and TransAlgae. Noam earned his Ph.D. at the University of California at Berkeley & a B.Sc.Agri at the Hebrew University.
Nadav Berger
Food Lab Capital
Nadav grew up within the food industry. Prior to co-founding Food Lap Capital, Nadav has established a number of organizations specializing in the food marketing and distribution industries: Vita chef and FoodLog among others. Nadav co-founded Foodlab that focused on developing new products for major food players in the food industry in Israel and in the U.S. Nadav is a partner at Liliyot, an Israeli restaurant with a strong social agenda, employing at-risk teenagers after training them in several skills. Nadav holds a BA in economics and political science from Tel-Aviv University and an International Executive MBA from Kellogg-Recanati School of Management.
Michal Drayman
Jerusalem Venture Partner (JVP)
Michal brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, business development, operations and investor relations in both public and private companies. Michal is a partner & CFO at JVP, one of Israel’s leading Venture Capital firm with over $1.1 billion raised across 8 funds, which led some of the largest exits out of Israel. Prior to joining JVP Michal was the CFO and Vice President of Business Development at European High Tech Capital, a privately held (By Dr. Shimon Eckhouse) investment firm focusing on the healthcare sector. In that capacity, Michal led the full end to end investment process, serving also on the board of numerous portfolio companies. Michal began her career at Lumenis, Ltd., a global leader in minimally-invasive clinical solutions for the surgical, ophthalmology and aesthetic markets.
