Our Flavor Delivery Technology Platform is based on the more efficient delivery of the active ingredient to its target – the taste receptors – therefore allowing us to use less of that ingredient, 30-50% less! 

How?  By using a carrier which we then “load” with the active ingredient, creating a cluster of sugars rather than a new molecule. These clusters will then linger on the tongue, optimizing flavor delivery. 
DouxMatok has developed a strong Intellectual Property portfolio based on its technology platform, and has 24 patents granted and over 40 pending covering the composition, the proprietary processes, and use in Food & Beverage applications.

DouxMatok products are compliant with the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and with EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and are made using sustainable green chemistry principles (i.e. no new artificial molecules).


Our first product is Incredo® sugar. With Incredo® sugar, the dissolution of the sugar is happening at the right place and the right time, resulting in a higher perception of sweetness.
