DouxMatok sugar reduction solution is the first product that we have developed, leveraging our technology of targeted Flavors Delivery Platform. We expect to see the first product using our sugar reduction launch by end of 2018.

The solution is based on enhancing the perception of sweetness of sugar, enabling the use of considerably less of the very same sugar in a recipe, while retaining the same taste that consumers are looking for. DouxMatok is the first company to have developed a sugar based solution which achieves enhanced perception of sweetness while actually using less sugar. 

Through multiple sensory panels and evaluations of our solution with leading Food & Beverage companies, we demonstrated a sugar reduction of over 30% in a variety of food application, including chocolate, cookies and cakes.
