Kelly Thompson

CO-CEO
Kelly Thompson is an inspiring international business executive who brings her expertise for innovation and business results to DouxMatok’s business portfolio as Co-CEO. Kelly joins DouxMatok from Continental Mills, Inc where she served as the Senior Vice President of Research& Development/Quality. Kelly has over 30 years of experience in the R&D industry, previously serving as an Executive VicePresident of Research & Development at Dean Foods and Senior Vice President of Kraft Foods, Breakthrough Innovation. Some highlights of her career include creating original consumer platforms to accelerate the growth at Kraft Foods and also creating and selling a start-up company, Freshbite.com, which specialized in online recipe and meal preparation for busy consumers. Kelly has successfully led multiple companies to the heights of success through her unique approach towards design innovation.

Dr. David Tsivion

CO-CEO & CTO
David completed his Ph.D. at the Weizmann institute of Science, focusing on nanomaterials synthesis and advanced characterization. During his Ph.D. David received numerous prizes, including the Adams fellowship of the Israeli Academy of Sciences, an MRS award, the Israel Dostrovski prize and the Israeli chemical society graduate student award. He also published several scientific papers, including a paper in Science magazine. Later, David managed the development in an agrochemical R&D company, where he developed several green-chemistry based products.

Revital Rodovsky

CFO
Revital has nearly two decades of C-Suite experience in business-focused financial management in global companies. She previously served as CFO in several technology companies, mainly in the fields of Biotech, Medical Devices, and High-Tech. In her position as a CFO, Revital drives both strategic planning and a transformational agenda, focusing on increasing transparency in the business for both management and shareholders. She also focuses on building and developing management information systems, strengthening and growing finance teams, running the investor relations function, managing costs through process improvements and benchmarking. She is a trusted partner to the company's management, working both as a supporter and a sounding board, capable of challenging business plans and investment ideas with a focus on longer-term value generation in potential decisions. Revital has extensive experience in raising significant funds and has successfully led a number of mergers and acquisitions. She is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in accounting and business administration.

Duska Dimitrijevic 

SVP,  Head of Europe
Duska is responsible for leading the European market in strategic development, building a customer base, applications, and sales capabilities in order to drive the growth and expansion to meet the company’s goals. She is bringing over 25 years of international experience in the food and ingredients business, B2C and B2B, with career experience spanning from R&D and Innovation to business and sales growth, profit, and top line responsibility. Duska is joining DouxMatok from International Flavors and Fragrances where she served as a Global Business Growth Lead for Food Protection and Cellulosics. Additional highlights of her career also include her role as General Manger Food Protection at Frutarom, R&D Innovation for Food Service at Unilever Canada, and QA/QC Manager at Coca-Cola Company in Toronto. Duska holds a MSc degree in Biotechnology and a BSc in Food Technology from Belgrade University.

Shiri Ranot

VP Marketing and Business Development 
Shiri Ranot serves as the Vice President, Marketing & Business Development at Incredo where she oversees the brand’s marketing and awareness-building strategies, fosters strategic partnerships in the U.S. Europe and Israel, and is responsible for growth into new markets such as Asia for the company’s award-winning, first-of-its-kind sugar reduction solution made from real sugar, Incredo Sugar. Ranot shares in the company’s mission to curb the overconsumption of sugar by empowering both tasty and nutritious eating.  She brings over two decades of experience in driving high-performance marketing, communications, and business development strategies in the food, food tech, nutraceuticals, and technology industries. Prior to her role at Incredo, Ranot held various global positions at Nestlé, Hartz Mountain Corporation, Switch, Inc. and Wissotzky Group, and has served as a consultant for food tech companies looking to drive overall business growth through awareness and strategic partnerships.

Efrat Goldberg

VP People

As VP Human Resources, Efrat brings her passion for building a strong team in order to properly staff and support DouxMatok team members around the world. Efrat believes in putting people first, in order to create and maintain a strong organizational culture, engagement and high performance. She is committed to striking the delicate balance between business objectives and employees’ development, efficacy and execution.  Efrat also sees innovation as a way of life, incorporating it into her HR field, building solutions based on the people and the business’ needs. Formerly, she served in senior HR managerial roles at leading and global businesses, mainly from the Textile and Medical Devices industries. Efrat holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Educational Consultancy from Haifa University. She values being a learner, listener, partner, and adventurer, and is driven by involvement and making an impact.

Ofer Bonen 

VP  Operations
Ofer is responsible for the engineering, scaling-up- and production of DouxMatok's products using the highest quality standards, maximizing the potential of the different applications in the mass market. Ofer served in the Biotech industry in positions such as VP process development at Algatech, responsible for developing and up-scaling new products derived from microalgae; and at Enzymotec (NASDAQ:ENZY) a company specializing in lipid delivery, serving as a senior engineer and global manufacturing manager at their sites in Asia and north America. During this time, the company’s revenues grew from $23 millions to $65 millions, and gross profit increased from 40% to over 60%.

Prof. Avraham Baniel

 Inventor & Co-Founder
Our founder lived a life full of passion for science and innovation. 80 years of industrial chemical research and industry experience, co-founder CEO and CTO of TAMI, Israel’s National Chemicals R&D center for almost 30 years, over 110 patents, developed & implemented many industrial Solvent Extraction based processes worldwide, many of those in the food, beverage and agricultural spaces was a teacher and mentor to many. After leaving the national laboratories he headed to the Kazali R&D center at the University of Jerusalem, and parallel to this Professor Baniel was a consultant of Bayer, Cargill, ADM and Tate & Lyle. He passed in January 2022 at the age of 103 and continues to serve as our inspiration

Eran Baniel

Co-Founder and chairman of the BOD of DouxMatok 
Eran brings many years of management experience in a number of disciplines: he was the Co-Founder & CEO of HCL CleanTech, which raised over $50 million, including from Khosla Ventures and U.S. government grants, and was eventually sold to Stora Enso; CEO of LifeWave; Co-Founder & CEO of Desk-Trainer; and Co-Founder & CEO of U.L.A., where he led major lighting projects, including lighting the walls of the old city of Jerusalem and key financial districts in Israel. Eran's management positions were always characterized by intensive international collaborations both in Europe and the USA. His activities led to considerable investments in a large number of public and private projects as well as in his entrepreneurial activities.
