DouxMatok is a food-tech company, a leader in Targeted Delivery of Flavor Ingredients, such as sugar and salt, enabling healthier consumption of foods without compromising taste.
We offer sugar and salt reduction solutions to the Food & Beverages industry. We enable reduction of over 30% in sugar and salt, while fully retaining the same sugar or salt “experience” - same taste that consumers are looking for, with lower caloric value, no aftertastes, similar mouthfeel, same color and texture.
DouxMatok products are FDA and EU compliant and are made using sustainable green chemistry principles  (i.e. no new molecules). 

Following successful pilots, DouxMatok has partnered with leading multinational Food & Beverage companies to develop products based on this proprietary Sugar Reduction Solution. Production scale-up and commercialization are expected by the end of 2018.
DouxMatok was incorporated in 2014, with its R&D center and offices based in Petach-Tikva, Israel. The company is led by a team of multi-disciplinary talents with expertise in food-tech, bio-tech, applied chemistry, engineering and culinary arts, that have successfully led ventures from seed to full scale commercialization. DouxMatok is a start-up partner in EIT Food (“Rising Food Stars”), recipient of the Horizon 2020 SME phase 1, and winner of a number of national and international food-tech competitions.
